  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still securely attached.

  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
